We are qualified to perform residential pitched metal and composition roofing as well as commercial/multi-family flat roofing using ultra long life PVC membrane systems.

Our goal is to be highly competitive while providing superior products and services to our customers. We purchase the majority of our products directly from the manufacturer. Our products are limited to those offering a well-documented history and first-rate warranty protection for our customers.

We do not employ or use any commissioned salespeople. The owner of the company is involved in every contract we take on and is available to handle any concerns that arise. Additionally, all fieldwork will be performed by full-time company employee’s that have been factory trained in the application of our products in addition to complete safety training. Our safety record will compare favorably with any contractor in the State.

We carry a $1,000,000.00 liability policy for your protection. Higher limits are available for larger projects. We are fully licensed and bonded in the State of Washington and everyone on any project is covered by Washington State Department of Labor and Industry Industrial Insurance.
